Keisuke started training in BJJ and MMA in 2001. In MMA competition, Keisuke has amassed a record of 5-0 in amateur competition and is a two-time FCFF lightweight champion. Keisuke has also competed professionally with a record of 3-0. Keisuke enjoys coaching BJJ, MMA, and also actively competes in BJJ. It is Keisuke’s goal to create a positive environment that is fun, challenging, and educational for the athletes he works with. Keisuke is available for private lessons. Justin has been involved in combat athletics from an early age. He wrestled in middle and high school and has trained in boxing, mixed martial arts, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He currently
holds the rank of Purple Belt in BJJ. His teaching experience includes several years of assistance coaching BJJ at Portland State University.

Ricky began training Muay Thai in 2005, and took up training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2007. He has attended numerous martial arts work shops and camps, and has been coaching since 2009. In addition to his training experience he has also competed in both Muay Thai and submission grappling.

pre-Olympic writings of Mikonosuke Kawaishi.
